What reviewers think

Multiple reviewers praised the team's willingness to accept loads after hours and smooth bin placement during renovations. However, recurring complaints centre on missed delivery windows, unresponsive management, and property damage claims that went unresolved. Review evidence is split: strong positives around staff friendliness offset by serious operational and accountability gaps.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
