Most users find King Recycling fast, affordable, and staffed with people who actually know their job. Melinda, a dispatcher, appears frequently in glowing contractor reviews. The facility stays clean and handles both small residential drops and regular commercial loads well. Multiple reviewers praised the team's willingness to accept loads after hours and smooth bin placement during renovations. However, recurring complaints centre on missed delivery windows, unresponsive management, and property damage claims that went unresolved. Review evidence is split: strong positives around staff friendliness offset by serious operational and accountability gaps.
