4.4(29)✓ Google-verified

Most users find King Recycling fast, affordable, and staffed with people who actually know their job. Melinda, a dispatcher, appears frequently in glowing contractor reviews. The facility stays clean and handles both small residential drops and regular commercial loads well. One older review called the family rude, and a few note that minimum charges and per-ton pricing have gone up. Current five-star reviews vastly outnumber complaints, and contractors specifically praise reliability over competitors.

Service is fast and bins arrive reliably, with pricing often among the lowest in the area. Professional drivers handle drop-off and pickup efficiently, sometimes protecting driveways without being asked. Phone service is the weak point. Multiple reviewers report rude staff, and two separate incidents involved office staff giving wrong closing times, leaving customers stranded. One reviewer witnessed unsafe curb and sidewalk blocking during delivery.

Global Waste Services Inc

4.0(26)

Multiple reviewers praised the team's willingness to accept loads after hours and smooth bin placement during renovations. However, recurring complaints centre on missed delivery windows, unresponsive management, and property damage claims that went unresolved. Review evidence is split: strong positives around staff friendliness offset by serious operational and accountability gaps.
