What reviewers think

Five-star reviews praise fast, on-time service at fair rates. However, recent one-star reviews reveal serious billing problems: customers report unauthorized charges nearly reaching $6,000, invoices changed without notice, and double billing. Contractors also cite bins that fail to arrive when promised and remain on-site for weeks while charges accumulate. The business claims "no hidden fees," but reviewers say pricing is not upfront, especially for certain addresses.
