Strong satisfaction across recent reviews centres on prompt pickup, transparent pricing, and respectful handling. Staff communicate clearly, quote fairly, and deliver same-day removal; one reviewer praised their eco-conscious recycling process.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Review evidence is limited. The business operates across the Greater Toronto Area and claims licensing under Ontario's environmental regulation and full insurance. Service scope spans furniture, appliances, garage and basement cleanouts, and renovation debris.
Review detail is limited; no customer feedback text is available. The business claims licensed and insured status and serves Toronto, Southern Ontario, Brantford, Caledonia, Dufferin County, Durham Region, Haldimand County, and Halton Region.
Clients report consistently careful, well-coordinated demolition work across residential, commercial, and specialized scopes. Heritage home owners, builders, and restoration companies describe a crew that understands the difference between careless demo and precision work, with detailed documentation, floor protection, dust containment, and same-day cleanup as standard practice. Standout projects include selective interior demolition in heritage homes (Cabbagetown, Forest Hill), full house teardowns and foundation removal for new construction, fire damage and insurance restoration demo, multi-unit building guts, occupied commercial strip-outs, and post-tensioned concrete work. Itemized quoting and no surprise charges are consistent across reviews.
