What reviewers think

Metropolitan Movers Toronto delivers solid service most of the time: reviewers praise Ahmad's team, the Fahim team, and crews who show up punctually and move belongings safely. Yet the 22-review average of 3.8 hides a split: seven low-star reviews cite slow movers, wrong-address mistakes, wall damage from forced furniture placement, damage to belongings, late arrivals that cost elevator bookings, and one phone agent who cut off a quote request. Quality swings sharply by which crew you get. If you land an experienced team, expect efficiency and care; if you don't, you may eat hours of wasted time and property damage.

Bin There Dump That Toronto Bin Rentals

Long-term customers and first-time renters alike report consistently quick delivery and pickup, with crews that show up on time and treat properties carefully-using wood to protect driveways. Phone and text responses come fast, pricing sits well below some competitors (one renter saved over $1000 compared to a well-known alternative), and staff handle inquiries and placements with professionalism that reduces the stress of clearing out belongings. One complaint flagged hidden fees without detail; most reviewers emphasize transparent, upfront pricing. Bins arrive clean, work stays on schedule, and the crew's friendliness stands out in an industry many find frustrating. Several renters have booked again or plan to.

Most bookings land smoothly with fast turnarounds and staff who treat driveways with care. The snag appears in bin rentals where customers report receiving smaller yellow bins than promised orange ones, with staff arguing the sizes match when they visually don't. Those two reviews cite poor communication, delayed responses, and concerns about overage charges, though the larger base consistently praises fair pricing and no hidden fees.
