Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most moves go smoothly with named staff earning consistent praise for care and speed. But two one-star reviews flag communication breakdowns and missed pickups on longer routes, particularly to Scarborough; reliably fast for shorter distances and local assembly work, less certain for multi-city trips.
Reviewers report fast, convenient transactions and competitive copper prices, but a persistent pattern of complaints about underpricing emerges. Catalytic converters, aluminum, and iron are points of friction; one seller received $60 per converter when a dealer valued the same items at $700 each. Staff including Dean are praised as friendly and professional, yet some customers feel they were not offered market rates.
Drop-off and pickup times match promises, and staff communicate via text before arrival. Reviewers consistently note fair pricing with no surprise fees, easy online booking, and staff who go out of their way to help. Service spans bin rental, asbestos removal, and house clearances across the wider GTA.
