Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most residential customers praise Shane's responsiveness and willingness to accommodate schedule changes. However, serious complaints surface around property damage disputes and, separately, non-payment issues with a service vendor that point to broader reliability gaps.
Most moves go smoothly, with crews arriving on time and protecting furniture well. However, some customers faced dramatic problems: unauthorized charges, costs double the quote, damaged items ignored for weeks, and management that hung up or went silent. The gap between a good crew day and a chaotic one is stark. Several five-star reviewers named specific movers (Dulla, Jay, Jal, Paul) praised for being punctual and efficient. Damaged customers filed claims that were never resolved. One account detailed a 13-hour move that should have taken 6, workers disappearing, a worker returning high, and violent crew arguments in the client's new driveway. The business did charge that card without permission despite being told not to.
My Mississauga Movers arrives on time with crews that wrap and protect belongings through packing, moving, and delivery. A single old complaint about rudeness stands against 20 five-star reviews praising professionalism, speed, and care.
