Every reviewer gave five stars. What sets Cube Bin apart is David's responsiveness: he places bins carefully even in tight spaces, answers questions directly, and moves fast to accommodate schedules. Staff cancelled an order late at night when a homeowner's circumstances changed, and customers consistently mention honest pricing with no surprises.
Rental periods range from 24 hours to 10 days, and reviewers note rates stay competitive even when competitors deliver the same sizes. The company serves North York, Toronto, and across the GTA. People use them for renovation debris, garage cleanouts, and house sales staging because bins arrive clean and pickup is straightforward.
Reviewers consistently report same-day delivery, prompt pickup, and transparent pricing. Rob (the operator) handles customer requests personally, adapts to individual circumstances like health issues, and answers texts quickly. All 13 recent reviews are five-star, with repeat customers citing reliability over years.

Most pickups run on schedule with bins handled neatly and returned to the same spot. However, customers report substantial frustration over surprise overage charges ($225+) without clear definitions or evidence, unannounced monthly rate hikes, and staff attitudes ranging from indifferent to rude.
